Business Office Skills is a free, 12-week full-time training program for women. The program combines virtual instructor-led training and hands-on or remote experience in administrative and/or customer services positions. Participants complete a 100-hour work placement with partner agencies in the Greater Toronto area.

Upon completion, graduates receive transferable college credits and certification from Centennial College. To ensure that you look and feel your best, the New Circles’ GLOW clothing program offers access to professional clothing for all its program participants.

Retail and Customer Service Skills is a funded 12-week program that includes a combination of virtual learning and hands-on experience in our GLOW store, where participants complete 80-hours paid work placement. At the core of this program are 2 college-level credit courses – Customer Service and Sales, Customer Service a Modern Approach that will provide both immediate job skill development and the connection to college education.

After completing the program, you will earn transferable college credits and a certificate from Centennial College.

Home Support Training Program is a funded, full-time, 6-week program that provides virtual learning and industry connections. The program focuses on social emotion skills development, as well as technical skills related to the community & home support sector and basic entrepreneurial skills so that you become employable in areas such as Home Support, Home Management, Hospitality, and Maintenance. Preliminary training includes free CPR and First Aid training.

New Circles is pleased to launch a social entrepreneurship program open to immigrant women with the capacity to converse and understand English. This program will provide you with the ability to earn money for yourself and your family! New Circles will provide the materials, training partners, and community connections to set you up for success.

New Circles understands the barriers that newcomer women face including a lack of knowledge of small business and entrepreneurship structure in Canada. We will help you build social networks, improve your language and literacy skills, and build your business plan.
